| The Staff Selection Commission Released the Notification for the recruitment of Sub-Inspectors (SI) in Delhi Police and Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs). The SSC SI recruitment process began on Wednesday (June 17) and the registration process will be open till July 16, 2020. The Commission has announced a total of 1,564 vacancies in total, a total of 169 posts will be filled in Delhi police (both male and female) while the rest will be recruited for CAPFs. Physical Standard Test (PST) for all Posts :- Height (Male) 170 cm and 165 cm for belonging to Hill areas of Garhwal, Kumaon, Himachal Pradesh, Gorkhas, Dogras, Marathas, Kashmir Valley, Leh and Ladakh regions of Jammu and Kashmir, North-Eastern States and Sikkim. 162.5 cm for All candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribes. 157 CM for Female candidates except those listed. 155 cm for female candidates who belongs to Hill areas like Garhwaal, Kumaon, Himachal Pradesh, Gorkhaas, Dograss, Marathas, Leh and Ladhakh regions of Jammu and Kashmir, North-Eastern States and Sikkim. and 154 cm for All female candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribes.
Physical Endurance Test (PET) (For all posts):
For male candidates:
100 metre race in 16 seconds, 1.6 KM race in 6.5 minutes And Long Jump: 3.65 metre in 3 chances will be permissible High Jump : 1.2 metre in 3 chances, Shot put (16 Lbs): 4.5 metre in 3 chance.
& For female candidates:
100 metre race in 18 seconds, 800 metre race in 4 minutes And Long Jump: 2.7 metre in 3 chances will be permissible, High Jump: 0.9 metre in 3 chances..
Medical standard (For all posts):
Medical Examination and Eye sight.
